Whisking is Easy if you have the Right Tool

I have no idea where I got my whisk with the ball inside it, but it’s awesome.

I’ve had it for years, but the other day I needed to whisk two egg whites, so I reached for my mini whisk (which has no ball in it) thinking that my big whisk was too big for such a small job.

Now I happened to notice before, that when I use my big whisk, my egg whites get fluffy in under ninety seconds. After two minutes of beating with my mini whisk, my egg whites were still yellow liquid.

So I grabbed my big whisk.

Less than sixty seconds later I had whipped whites. So I thought I should share this with the world. Again, I have no idea where I got my whisk and it has no brand name on it, so this is the closet thing I found on Amazon for under $10. It’s made from 18/8 stainless steel which is a high-grade, food safe metal. Avoid anything that doesn’t say it is 18/8 or 18/10 stainless steel (also called 304 stainless steel).
